Ms. McDonnell joined Alere in June 2009.  She offers 20 years of progressive human resources management experience in the areas of employee relations, compensation, training and staffing.  She has served in a variety of human resources leadership roles for Loyaltyworks, Inc., Quovadx, Inc. (a spin-off of Matria Healthcare), McKesson HBOC and Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center.  Additionally, she has provided human resources consulting services for a number of organizations in the areas of outplacement, investigations and training.  Ms. McDonnell earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts.
