The Panbio™ Dengue Duo IgM Capture and IgG Capture ELISA is for the qualitative presumptive detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to dengue virus in human serum, and can be used for presumptive differentiation between primary and secondary dengue infection. The Panbio™ Dengue IgM Capture ELISA and the Panbio™ Dengue IgG Capture ELISAs are packaged together for convenience and cost saving.

The test detects high-titre IgG antibodies found in secondary dengue infections.
Use in conjunction with Dengue IgM Capture ELISA to differentiate primary and secondary infection with a high degree of confidence.
IgM Specifications*:
255 characterized sera were tested on the Panbio™ Dengue IgM Capture ELISA as part of an in-house study. The sera included 83 endemic seronegative samples, 57 samples from patients with primary dengue infection, and 115 samples from patients with secondary dengue infection.
IgG Specifications*:
A total of 316 retrospective sera were tested on the Panbio™ Dengue IgG Capture ELISA as part of an in-house study. The serum panel was comprised of 161 samples from healthy donors in an endemic population, 66 samples from a non-endemic population, 35 samples HAI characterised positive for primary dengue infection and 54 samples HAI characterised positive for secondary dengue infection.
