The Panbio™ Dengue IgG Indirect ELISA is used to detect IgG antibodies to dengue antigen serotypes (1, 2, 3 and 4) in serum as an aid to clinical laboratory diagnosis of patients with clinical symptoms and past exposure consistent with dengue fever. The IgG cut-off is set to detect levels of IgG present in past and active dengue virus infections.
