La prueba Panbio™ Dengue IgG Indirect ELISA se utiliza para la detección cualitativa de anticuerpos IgG contra los serotipos del antígeno del dengue (1, 2, 3 y 4) en suero como ayuda para el diagnóstico en laboratorios clínicos de pacientes con síntomas clínicos y exposición en el pasado indicativos de fiebre del dengue. El punto de corte de IgG se establece para detectar los niveles de IgG presentes en las infecciones pasadas y activas del virus del dengue.
