I entered my e-mail address twice when I signed up. Why do I need to also confirm it?
Shortly after filling out your Member Profile, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided. Clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail brings you back to the Smart Living Web site and verifies that the e-mail address you provided is correct.

My e-mail address has changed. How can I update it?
To update your email address, go to Update E-Mail Address.

Will you sell my e-mail address to anyone?
No. Your e-mail address is collected only for use in the Smart Living program. Alere Medical, Inc. will not sell your e-mail address to any third party.
