IgM 规格*：
在内部研究过程中，采用 Panbio™ Dengue IgM Capture ELISA 对 255 份特征血清进行了检测。其中包括 83 份流行地区血清阴性样本、57 份取自原发登革热感染患者的血清和 115 份取自继发登革热感染患者的血清样本。
IgG 规格#：
在内部研究过程中，采用 Panbio™ Dengue IgG Capture ELISA 对 316 份既往血清标本进行了检测。血清样本构成：161 份取自流行地区健康志愿者的样本、66 份取自非流行地区人群的样本、35 份 HAI法确诊为原发登革热感染的阳性样本和 54 份 HAI 法确诊为继发登革热感染的阳性样本。
