Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid

Le Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid est un dosage immunochromatographique de l’antigène NS1 de la dengue dans le sérum, le plasma ou le sang total. Destiné à la détection qualitative de l’antigène NS1 dans le sérum, le plasma ou le sang total, il est utilisé comme une aide au diagnostic des patients présentant des symptômes cliniques spécifiques de la dengue dans les laboratoires cliniques. Le Panbio™ Dengue Early Rapid doit être utilisé en association avec d’autres tests sérologiques de la dengue.

Avantages

L’antigène NS1 peut être détecté dans le sérum du jour 1 après l’apparition de la fièvre au jour 91,2,3. En comparaison, les anticorps IgM ne sont pas détectables avant les jours 3 à 54,5.

Ce nouveau format de dispositif pour la détection de l’antigène NS1 de la dengue a mieux fonctionné, et est facile à utiliser et à interpréter par rapport au format à bandelettes.
