Panbio™ Dengue IgG Indirect ELISA

Il test Panbio™ Dengue IgG Indirect ELISA consente la rilevazione degli anticorpi IgG dei sierotipi (1, 2, 3 e 4) dell’antigene della dengue nel siero, come ausilio nella diagnosi clinica dei pazienti con sintomi clinici e precedente esposizione riconducibili alla febbre dengue. Il valore di cut-off per le IgG è impostato in modo da rilevare i livelli di IgG presenti nelle infezioni da virus della dengue pregresse e attive.
